Un très grand patron qui se rend à une convocation de « routine ». Une commissaire de la brigade financière qui enquête depuis des mois sur ses biens et ses activités. Et c’est soudain la garde à vue, la confrontation en huis clos de deux visions du monde qui s’opposent.
Entre cet homme de pouvoir et cette femme de droit s’engage une lutte, un duel d’intelligences entre privilèges et justice. Avec pour enjeu la liberté ou la détention d’un homme, plus enclin à diriger qu’à obéir...
