En 1985, en Californie, une bande de jeunes découvre dans un terrain vague un oeuf de dinosaure. Le gigantesque bébé est baptisé Denver par ses nouveaux meilleurs amis. Malheureusement, il devient la cible d’un producteur véreux prêt à tout pour s’enrichir...
