On ne badine pas avec l’amour, et certaines liaisons, dangereuses, peuvent s’avérer
fatales.
La Marquise de Merteuil sollicite son ancien amant, le Vicomte de Valmont,pour lui proposer un défi immoral : elle souhaite se venger d’une ancienne infidélité en corrompant la jeune Cécile de Volanges, tout juste sortie du couvent, en lui ôtant sa virginité avant le mariage. Valmont, quant à lui, s’est mis en tête de séduire Madame de Tourvel, une jeune femme mariée et pieuse.
Les projets des deux monstres se révéleront bien plus néfastes qu’ils ne l’imaginaient...
