Accompagné de sa femme Julie, Octave s’installe à Paris pour terminer ses études notariales. Ce jeune couple sérieux trouve l’appartement au calme dont ils rêvaient. Ils font rapidement connaissance de leurs voisins, des cinquantenaires excentriques, Charlie et Léon, qui vont leur rendre la vie impossible.
Mais ils ne s’imaginent pas à quel point… Octave et Julie sont bien décidés à ne pas se laisser faire.
